Now
What I'm focused on
A snapshot of what has my attention lately — written by hand, not scraped from a feed. It's the /now page idea: if you know me and want the current version, this is it.
At work
I'm building high-fidelity seller-agent demos at Microsoft: one workspace that brings together Microsoft 365 context, governed business data, live research and a useful next action. The hard part isn't making an agent sound clever. It's making every claim traceable, every missing source obvious, and every handoff good enough for a real customer conversation.
Just shipped
I just shipped a private Packing OS for business travel. It finds upcoming trips, checks the weather, builds a carry-on list, and learns from what I used, missed, or packed for nothing. A busy run of regional travel is now the test environment.
Personal systems
I'm tightening the personal operating systems behind my money, health and travel. The pattern is the same: a deterministic core, evidence before action, and a human gate before anything irreversible. Less dashboard theatre; more systems that can explain what happened after a bad run.
Chewing on
I'm testing whether a small council of different models can improve a decision without turning rigor into theatre. The useful version attacks assumptions, reproduces the numbers, and changes the answer when it finds a real flaw. The rest is just more words.
Away from the screen
Based in Singapore and in a busy stretch of regional travel. I'm trying to keep enough room for training, recovery and the people who matter. The systems are supposed to support the life, not become the life. Still learning.
